Features:
All checking fixtures can meet all GD&T per part print including gen. Tolerance callouts;
Using three 3 tooling balls if gauges are over 300mm at any axis;
Checking Slots of part with 2 pins (checking from width and length separately);
Installing safety lock or counter balance for all heavy swing details;
Painting non-working surface with blue and keeping the original color of metal for working surface;
Flush checking can be well accommodated to allow easy inspection of the part profile.
